So while browsing through some links on twitter, (BTW…….follow Download MY Drums on twitter ) I stumbled upon Micah Frank’s Sound Programming blog.  On his site, www.micahfrank.com, he posted several free samples that were produced, processed, and sequenced on an Elektron Octatrack.  Micah sampled a bunch of random household objects like a toothbrush, squeaky toy giraffes, scissors, cheese graters, and aluminum foil and tweaked them out till they were unrecognizable.  A creative producer will definitely be able to find some uses for these sound effects.
